D&M Realty and Management is a full service property management company specializing in the leasing and management of single family homes, multi-family properties and commercial properties. Our clients include individuals, private investors, and commercial entities within San Diego County. We take great pride and care in working with each of our owners, establishing a transparent and profitable relationship with each one of our owners.

Additionally, our established relationships with our vendors has allowed us access to very competitive pricing on maintenance repairs that we pass on to our owners.

Angie Durbin is the President of D&M Realty and Management. A Real Estate broker with 17 years of management experience, Angie is extremely knowledgeable and she willingly shares that knowledge and time with her staff and owners. She is a true believer in open, transparent communication and is very accessible and responsive to her staff and owners at all times. Angie is a huge supporter of 4 Paws for Ability, an organization that trains service dogs to recognize seizures in children with Epilepsy. She lives in Tierrasanta with her husband Jeff and their 3 dogs.

Veronica Martin is a native of California and joined D&M Realty and Management in 2011. A fully licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007, specializing in multi and single family property management over 25 years. Her portfolio includes all property types from low income Section 8 housing to Class “A”. Past experience includes managing up to 500 units and a staff of five, negotiating with outside vendors, projects, and budgets. She has past training in fair housing, landlord and tenant rights, marketing, and occupancy obstacles. She takes pride in her career and keeps up on changing markets, trends, ethics, and professionalism. She makes every effort to support property owners and residents for all services needed for each individual property, above just showing properties and collecting rents. Married almost 26 years, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, travelling and meeting new people from all over the world.

Sandra Chavez began her career in property management in 1992. Her extensive experience in multifamily and single family homes allowed her to acquire vast knowledge of residential management and marketing techniques. She offers her clients first-rate customer service and demonstrates professionalism in her day-to-day operations. Sandra has held a California Real Estate License since 2001. She provides both management and real estate services to her clients.

Prior to joining D&M Realty and Management, Ms. Chavez was a Regional Manager supervising operations of 1,100 apartment units and 35 associates in California and Nevada.

Ms. Chavez has earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Sandra resides in Carlsbad and enjoys cheering on her son Nate, who plays football for La Costa Canyon High School. She has two dogs, a boxer named Bubba and lab-mix named Coco.

Lisa Catano comes to D&M Realty and Management with several years of experience in both on-site property management and full time property management of single family and multifamily homes. She has experience managing remodels, sales, lease negotiations (for both residential and commercial properties), leasing, general maintenance and of course all service property management. In addition to this experience she also brings with her over 20 years of experience as a Director of Operations for a training firm. She has traveled all over the world and deals with chaos well. She is a creative thinker who genuinely loves working with people and prides herself on being a hard working direct communicator. She lives in San Diego, volunteers at the Humane Society and has 2 black rescue cats.

Jennifer is the newest member to the D&M property Management team, with four years property management experience in residential and multi-family housing. She has experience with low income section 8 housing, on-site property management, and personal income property. She is very friendly and outgoing, and prides herself in quick, efficient, and organized service to both owner and tenant, while being able to keep property maintained, clean, and occupied. As an owner of income property herself, she understands on a personal level what the owner expects and needs; and on the flip side, being a tenant of rental property has afforded her personal knowledge of what the tenant expects, to create a harmonious working relationship between owner, tenant, and property manager. Jennifer currently resides in Imperial Beach, and is a South Bay San Diego native. She has a Master’s degree in psychology in addition to her real estate license, and enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years, Garret, and her two young sons, David & Dylan. She is an active board member of the PTA and spends her free time volunteering at both her sons’ schools.
