D&M Realty and Management is a full service property management company specializing in the leasing and management of single family homes, multi-family properties and commercial properties. Our clients include individuals, private investors, and commercial entities within San Diego County. We take great pride and care in working with each of our owners, establishing a transparent and profitable relationship with each one of our owners.

Additionally, our established relationships with our vendors has allowed us access to very competitive pricing on maintenance repairs that we pass on to our owners.

Angie Durbin is the President of D&M Realty and Management and a seasoned real estate broker with over 20 years of management and leadership experience. Over the course of her career, she has guided owners, investors, and residents through every phase of the real estate cycle, from acquisition and leasing to long-term asset management.


Angie is widely recognized for her deep industry knowledge and her hands-on, collaborative approach. She is passionate about mentoring her team, taking the time to explain complex issues, share best practices, and ensure that both staff and property owners feel informed and empowered to make smart decisions about their investments.

A strong advocate for open, transparent communication, Angie prioritizes accessibility and responsiveness. Whether it’s a property owner with a question about performance, a resident with a concern, or a team member seeking guidance, she is known for being approachable, straightforward, and solution oriented. Her leadership style emphasizes integrity, accountability, and building long-term relationships based on trust.


Outside of work, Angie is an enthusiastic supporter of the San Diego Gulls, San Diego’s professional ice hockey team, and can often be found cheering them on during the season.


She resides in Bay Park with her husband, Jeff, and their two dogs: a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier named Lisa and a Puggle named Holly.

Sandra Chavez began her career in property management in 1992. Her extensive experience in multifamily and single family homes allowed her to acquire vast knowledge of residential management and marketing techniques. She offers her clients first-rate customer service and demonstrates professionalism in her day-to-day operations. Sandra has held a California Real Estate License since 2001. She provides both management and real estate services to her clients.

Prior to joining D&M Realty and Management, Ms. Chavez was a Regional Manager supervising operations of 1,100 apartment units and 35 associates in California and Nevada.

Ms. Chavez has earned the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Sandra resides in Carlsbad and enjoys attending San Diego Padres baseball games.

Lisa Catano comes to D&M Realty and Management with several years of experience in both on-site property management and full time property management of single family and multifamily homes. She has experience managing remodels, sales, lease negotiations (for both residential and commercial properties), leasing, general maintenance and of course all service property management. In addition to this experience she also brings with her over 20 years of experience as a Director of Operations for a training firm. She has traveled all over the world and deals with chaos well. She is a creative thinker who genuinely loves working with people and prides herself on being a hard working direct communicator. She lives in San Diego, loves all things Star Wars, Padres and spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Ozzy.

Yvonne Ojeda has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has built a career centered on exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and creating outstanding client experiences. Two years ago, she transitioned into property management and leasing, helping property owners maximize their investments while assisting tenants in finding the perfect home.

Her leasing expertise allows her to connect renters with quality properties and ensure landlords achieve optimal occupancy rates. With a strong background in hospitality, she brings exceptional communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented skills to every client interaction. Whether managing properties, assisting with leasing, or ensuring seamless tenant relations, she always put my clients first.

Beyond her professional work, she enjoys reading, exploring music, and traveling whenever possible. These passions help her stay inspired, continue learning, and connect with people from all walks of life.
